It only assigns milestones that already exist in your repo, and posts a short status rollup when there is something useful to say. It does not own labels or priority — that is issue-triage. Org Projects v2 Status sync is opt-in via .wrokin/config.yml (project.number) once the App has Organization → Projects write.

Existing open milestones and status comments always. Org Projects v2 Status sync when project.number is set and the install has Organization → Projects write — otherwise board I/O soft-skips. No labels (triage owns those).
